Pilates and Physiotherapy updates January 2021 Due to Level 5  restrictions Pilates will continue via video download. Physiotherapy appointments will be offered through telehealth and if necessary as onsite Physiotherapy appointments.

Our Pilates classes are now continuing as online illates videos which are available to download in  the purchase Pilates video section. Once we are out of Level 5 restrictions we will be able to continue with our onsite classes

When you make an appointment you will be screened for COVID with our questionnaire, you will then have your temperature checked and you must sanitise your hands and wear a mask. We will do most of our questioning on your health condition
